This modern or contemporary house was built for a client. This client wanted something that was not the usual looking house that was going up in the neighborhood. So we built this contemporary house with an industrial look out of SIPS (Structurally Insulated Panels). Our LED lights, low flow fixtures, high efficiency HVAC furnace and other contribute to the Green, energy efficiency of this sustainable home.
