These customers came to us after they fell in love with our Dover models, but they wanted a home that suited their needs and their desire to entertain. They worked with our in-house designer to create a plan based on our Dover II model, but with all the features they were looking for, including a screen porch, a walk-though butlers pantry with custom wine storage, and a unique cigar room with coffered ceiling. The end result is amazing.
