We designed and built this unique one of a kind 10,000 s.f. project in Central Florida. The latest methods and materials were used including ICF construction, EFIS, stained concrete floor coverings, custom framed cabinetry, walkable deck coatings, exposed Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing for modularity + many other state of the art features.
