We installed this elevator for the homeowner in order to utilize the space they had most efficiently. The residents wanted to ensure the best accessibity in their home in order to accomodate aging family members, but space was of concern to them. The Garaventa Elvoron MR was their best option, as all the drive components, besides the controller, are mounted within the hoistway.
