Danville Transitional Kitchen Design

Our east bay clients came in with drawings from different architects who couldn't nail down exactly what they were looking for in their kitchen remodel. They stressed the importance of the kitchen feeling open along with traffic flow. Distinctive Cabinetry's Kitchen Designers listened and provided a stunning Transitional kitchen solution that met their goals.

The kitchen itself is U-shaped with the refrigerator and freezer along one wall, the range on the opposite side, and the farmhouse sink overlooking the backyard. Spacing these main elements throughout the room, with plenty of countertop space in between, smooths out the traffic flow smooth and prevents a pile up.

The contrast between the upper White inset cabinets and the lower dark wood cabinets is a beautiful combination with the wood floors. This transitional kitchen design is completed with quartzite countertops, subway tile and professional grade appliances.
