A small single story rear addtion was added to an existing two-story townhouse for the purpose of fitting an extra bathroom into the house. The kitchen, dining room and living room were also gutted an renovated. The entire project was done on a very limited budget, so these pictures give one an idea of what can be done using a bit of "out-of-the-box" thinking and some creativity.
