This 1800's farmhouse has been in the family since it was built. The kitchen had last been renovated in the 1960's and was in need of an update to function better for the homeowners. The renovation was extensive taking the walls back to the original brick and rebuilding to today's building code and energy standards. Careful consideration in the design and function of the space influenced the successful end result.
