This DC Ranch pool and patio project features a very livable patio space including bar top BBQ area, Natural stone fireplace with a reclaimed wood mantel, large wood trellis, gas fire-pit, natural flagstone deck and over twenty potted plants. The pool and spa have raised stone walls, water features and an all glass tile interior. We used Pentair equipment, Intellitouch i93 control system, paramount PV3 in-floor system. This project has been featured twice now in Phoenix Home & Garden.
