The previous patio was dilapidated and in need of a serious update. A completely new deck was built on the same level as the patio doors, extending the living area seamlessly between the interior and exterior. A combination of pressure treated and Cedar was used throughout. A custom pergola was built with added protection from the elements utilzing clear polycarbonate Suntuf roof panels. Custom seating and planter boxes were also built to seamlessly integrate into the new design.
