Refinished an 18 year old deck. Existing railing was removed; New fascia board installed around entire deck; Built (2) single box steps, one at brick patio and one onto lawn; Built and installed new treated lumber and aluminum spindel railing to higher end of deck. The decking was painted with (2) coats of BEHR Premium DeckOver Paint color Cape Code Gray and railing was stained using BEHR Exterior Wood Stain, Color Pewter DP-518. The aluminum spindals are Deckorail 32 in. black square spindals.
