A deck in need of a rehab for sure. When we arrived to the site this deck was in bad shape. Unsightly and unsafe. The railings were easily pushed off, since they were only secured by nails. We used all #1 grade pressure treated wood with the Deckorator black spindles
The top rail is screwed in place with GRKs and GRK structural lags in the posts.
