Deck Remediation

We were hired third party to undergo an emergency investigation and selective demolition for failed supports to a deck, and roof structure.
We acted a remediation first cause during structural investigation and were able to re build the supports, reinforce the roof structure underside beams, repair and rebuild new footings, add in additional supports, replace the columns, and completely re build the deck without the roof failing to minimize costs for our clients budget.
