This client was moving back home and retiring -building their dream home. This new construction modern landscape design was completed when the home was partially finished . The 3D design process helped identify a few grade transition that could have easily been overlooked if only a 2d design was done . The Landscape design is influenced by the straight line design and modern feel of the home . The home owner later used the design with a local landscape and concrete contractor once the home was complete . Great example of how we can pull a modern feel into a rural design
