Students were tasked with the project of creating a city based on an organizational system. The system created in this city was a loose grid system. The different colored papers represent the different types of land use in the city. For example the green paper is outdoors space and the yellow paper is residential living. The materials used were bristol, trace, magazines, newspapers, colored paper, watercolor, glue sticks, wooden blocks, dowels, screen, cardboard, other sheet material, applicator sticks, fluorescent twine, string, pins, and wire.
