Democrat Residence

Our client had decided to 'stay in place' after she had retired and remodel and renovate her home so that it worked well for her in the years ahead.
We basically gutted the interior - new kitchen, all new bathrooms, dining and sitting and all new furniture throughout along with painting and drapery.
It needed to be very functional but still have pizzaz, character and good energy.
This project will be featured in the October issue of Australian House & Garden

We retained the original U shaped footprint and decided to encroached under the stairs for more storage, fridge placement, higher push lift up cabinets along with more full height cabinets into dining area.

Functional practical and simple laundry with ease of use a priority - no bending down to machines and drawers for clothes storage under machines along with a pull out shelf to put your wet clothes on. Plus we added a drying cabinet to make life easier when it came to ironing
