This project was based in Denver's beautiful Park Hill neighborhood. This was a lovely early 1900 home that need another upstairs bathroom for the family of 5 and needed a kitchen update. While adding a second story bathroom isn't in-expensive, we used budget friendly finishes. For the kitchen renovation, we utilized almost all of the existing cabinets - we just took some out, added reclaimed shelves, new countertops, backsplash, hardware and painted the cabinets.
