The design build project incompasses the east wing of the client's home for a reconfiguration of the Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom, Master Bedroom Closet, Guest Bedroom, Powder Room, and Living Room Fireplace reconfiguration. The design updated the Master Bedroom suite to include a luxurious freestanding tub, his and her vanities, custom armoire for storage, and a custom shower complete with a linear niche that extends the width of the shower along with a shower bench. Heated flooring top off the design for a soothing and comfortable spa-like feel.

As part of the renovation, new wood flooring that flows from the living room into the bedrooms and powder for a seamless application. The entry into the east wing of the home was expanding providing an opportunity to customize the fireplace wall with custom built-in book shelves and an amazing mantel with brick surround.
