For many of our projects we use a prefabricated wall and roof panel manufactured by Insulspan. These Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs) allow the building to be enclosed quickly, and provide a higher level of energy efficiency. The panels are composed of a sandwich of EPS styrofoam with OSB plywood.
There is usually a piece of lumber every 4' that connects the individual panels together.
