This iconic Devonport villa on a tricky steep site received a sympathetic extension by the Blackbird Build Team. Landscaping and interior/exterior painting also completed by Blackbird.

Light floods into the modern extension through skylights and bifold joinery. The showstopper for this villa is a modern new kitchen designed by Charlotte Roberts. We also added two new modern bathrooms to the original home. Large format tiles and concrete retaining from our landscaping team allows for outdoor entertaining and is a clever use of limited space.

This well-known heritage villa in Devonport is now looking great for another 100 years.
