Challenging project that took a concerted effort from many talented and dedicated people. The kitchen switched places with the family room, a load bearing wall was removed and the ceiling was raised up two feet. In addition to all of the interior work a new patio with phantom screens was built to incorporate the 16 ft sliding door.
