Having buyer’s remorse, these homeowners came to us in despair. Unfortunately this home boasted 14 foot cathedral ceilings throughout but then had a flat kitchen ceiling just 7 feet off the floor! We investigated the possibilities, determined the likelihood, and then raised the kitchen ceiling to over 9 feet. By removing interfering walls we united other areas that allowed these clients to use their home in a way they had only begun to imagine during our design phase. New materials and a brand new layout transformed this space into a configuration this home deserved.
