We took this 1970 home and updated and expanded it's living space as well as the exterior of the home.
This beauty received a full face lift.
Outside we completely resided the entire house, added stone around the entire bottom of the home, added a front porch with custom columns, added a back porch and created a new master suite off of the back of the home.
Inside we completely gutted it. All new floors, added an upstairs loft with a bathroom, added a master suite with a his and hers closet, a master spa bathroom with custom toilet room and walk in shower, created an open kitchen/living entertaining area, butler's pantry with a butler's sink, custom shiplap fireplace with 10ft ceilings.
