This renovation included a Master Bedroom, Master Bathroom and a new kitchen. We installed Radiant Floor heat and poured a new concrete floor which was acid stained and finished with a semi-gloss sealer.In the Master Bathroom we built a custom vanity and linen closet with sliding doors. A curbless shower with a frameless glass door and pebbled stone floor complete the custom tile work.
In the kitchen our client chose Alder wood and we built the cabinets with raised panel doors and full extension drawer glides. Custom made Zinc countertops complete the cabinets. Under cabinet lighting and plug strips help keep the white tiled back splash free of disturbances. Our client provided Mexican Mosaic tile for accents. An arched top in the wall mounted gas fireplace helps define the breakfast area. Stained concrete floors and custom dyed plaster walls complete the room with soft undulating colors and a soothing texture.
