This house was in terrible shape. The floor had holes in it, and the plumbing was leaking. We took a 1,032 sq ft, 2-bedroom, 1-bath home and turned it into a 3-bedroom, 2-bath. The home was completely renovated from the floor joists up and now features all the attributes of a custom home.
