When it's time to downsize from the "family home", that doesn't mean you have to live with cramped spaces & no style.

I had the opportunity of working with this lovely couple throughout the building/furnishing/decorating of their new home. The three of us corroborated decisions re: flooring; cabinets; lighting & plumbing fixtures; paint colors; accent tile; appliances & countertops - as well as room layouts.

Once the build was complete, our attention turned to filling the space. While we were able to re-purpose some of their existing furniture & decor items - roughly 95% of all furniture, decor accessories, bedding, art etc. were new purchases for this home.
