Downsizing in Style

The clients were moving from a larger property and downsizing to a two story condominium. When the designer saw the new space, it was nothing but a concrete shell. He had to design all the floors, ceilings, walls, architectural elements, etc. With the help of Mauze Construction, Derrick brought the clients vision of a warm inviting home to life.
