First architecture project in fall 2020, the goal was to design a single student apartment for someone attending Virginia Tech. The site was chosen due to its location close to campus and it's unique shape. The challenge was maintaining a walkway through the alley, while providing a livable space on the interior, thus came the bowed-out shape of the upper and rooftop levels.
