This clients backyard consistently floods due to rains and heavy sump pump usage. The yard is a low point in the neighborhood, so water is always entering home and sump pump is usually running. Installed a french drain to carry water away from the back of the home to the front yard (where it slopes away from home) to help prevent pooling of water in back yard. Since installed the customer had noticed the backyard starting to dry up.
