We removed a shared fence between two adjacent lots to join the two backyards; Phase 1 kicked off the project with a small dividing fence and pedestrian gate at the back of the existing house. Next we completely enclosed the entire property with a 6', cedar/welded steel privacy fence and topped with a wire crown for climbing vines, such as Blackberries.
We also fabricated an automatic sliding gate at the driveway.
