Dreamcoast Office
Welcome to our latest project in Clearwater, FL, where we had the pleasure of transforming the Dreamcoast Office into a modern and inviting workspace. Located in the 33756 area, this corporate office renovation showcases a seamless blend of custom home concepts and general contracting expertise.
We started with a vision of creating a stylish and functional office environment that reflects the vibrant spirit of Tampa while maintaining a professional and sophisticated aesthetic. Our team focused on a grey color exterior with a grey color tone throughout the space, complemented by a dark floor and exposed brick walls to add a touch of industrial charm. The office features concrete floors and open ceilings that create a spacious and airy atmosphere, ideal for productivity and creativity.
Inside, you'll find a range of thoughtfully designed spaces, including a Meeting Room, a welcoming Reception Area with a sleek reception table, and a dynamic office gallery. We incorporated wooden and glass doors, single long doors, and barn doors with rustic barn door hardware to offer both style and functionality. The office table set and bar stools provide comfortable and practical furnishings, while industrial lights and a stylish chandelier add both ambiance and elegance.
Our design includes glass windows that flood the space with natural light and provide views of the outdoor plants and indoor plants we carefully selected to bring a touch of nature indoors. Window blinds and shutters offer privacy and light control, while wall lamps and a small chandelier enhance the overall lighting scheme.
In addition to the aesthetic details, we paid careful attention to home additions and remodeling efforts to ensure every corner of the office is both beautiful and functional. The wood panel wall and industrial stool in the workstation area emphasize the modern, open-concept design that characterizes the space.
