This beautiful 1925 Mediterranean home in the Druid Hills historic district was a perfect starting point for a design/build project to increase the new owners’ living space, and to create an extraordinary outdoor relaxation and entertaining area. An existing addition was modified to allow it to blend in to the original house more seamlessly, and a new addition gave the family the larger living room and mudroom entry that it needed. A custom wine room and built-in cabinetry added elegant finishing touches. A pool was added shortly after the project’s completion, and the house was featured on the 2022 Druid Hills Tour of Homes.
