Custom Design on a Budget
Our clients requested an upgrade to an existing master bath in their modest, mid-1960s era 3 bedroom/2 bath single family home, typical of the neighborhood. They needed more overall space, a new shower, and additional storage.
The resulting renovation yielded an expansion of the original master bath footprint, a custom 36"x52" stand-up shower, a custom 48" vanity with quartz countertop and under mount sink, matching custom linen storage shelving, new chrome fixtures throughout, new lighting, new toilet, porcelain floor tile, paint, ventilation system and trim.
