New garage with one bedroom ADU above in the East Moreland neighborhood.

This project was designed for the owner's mother to live with them while maintaining her own privacy and living space. The ADU is totally self sufficient as a stand alone, with separate exterior entrance, but also connects to the upstairs of the existing house. In addition to the ADU, Shelter Solutions competed a mudroom/entrance, family room addition, and remodeled the basement of the existing house.
