For this Spanish and West Indies influenced home design, it was important to the Owners to have a house filled with natural light that offered views and access to outdoor spaces. These outdoor rooms were as important to them as the interior ones as they love being outside with family and friends.

Interior spaces flow easily from one to the other with floor, wall and ceiling finishes and colors playing an important role in the feeling of formality or informality that each room offers.
