A four coat finish with Viga restoration. This house was dug out 6 " below ground level, pressure washed, scraped, foundation primed using UGL Drylock, Vigas were treated with wood hardner prior to priming and filling with foam. A heavy coat of clear acrylic was applied over the beams and poles prior to painting. After base coating and graining the vigas and beams, a semi-transparent coat of water-based stain was applied as the finish. Stucco walls were sprayed three times using Behr Premium Plus paint (drying in-between coats which is very important), and a finish coat was rolled.
