The Bowline Group purchased the 1950’s Dutch Colonial in 2013, mainly because of its convenient location and its appealing period details. The house is located in Milton, a suburban community a few miles south of Boston. At the time of purchase the home was uninhabitable and should have been demolished but The Bowline Group saw its potential and charm and opted to restore the home. Significant investment was made and every element of the building was renovated and improved. Square footage was added and the floor plan was reconfigured to provide better flow for family living and entertaining.
