Designed by Sebastian Mariscal, Dwell Home Venice is an outstanding example of Southern Californian modern architecture, offering a design lifestyle centered on indoor/outdoor living. The house opens onto an extensive number of courtyards, patios and roof gardens that act as outdoor rooms. The massing of the home is broken into a series of volumes featuring a warm palette of Mahogany and Ebony-stained Western Red Cedar. Eco Arbro Designs was proud to participate in this amazing design. The entire outdoor areas utilized our 2x2 Ipe decking tiles over a raised pedestal system. Our decking created a stunning outdoor environment for the homeowners.
