In this project we built a 2 story outdoor fireplace: the lower level is a see through gas fireplace controlled by remote and the deck level fireplace is wood burning. The deck is Fiberon PVC decking material with a composite railing system. The under side of the deck doubles as an outdoor room. The deck has a Rain Escape drainage system hidden beneath the decking boards that catches the rain water and channels it through a plumbing system into the woods! This allowed the underside of the deck to be finished with tongue and groove cedar trim boards. The outdoor room under the deck opens up to the sunken pool area. The pool is carved into the hill side fitting perfectly into the terrain. The pool has a Black Onyx Pebble Sheen coating, three waterfalls, jump rock and volcano bubblers, accenting the natural setting of the property!
