We created a more spacious home for this family to grow.
This half duplex had a great layout that was very functional for a young family. As with most growing families, our clients realized that they needed more space to make staying in this home work for them for the next 5-10 years. The upper floor of this home had a large vault ceiling from one end to the other so we were able to design and build a new third floor that gave them the space they needed to feel comfortable for many years to come.
