This project is located on the East End of Long Island, sited on a bluff overlooking Three Mile Harbor.

The original home was a 1200 +/- summer cottage that was ready for a transformation.

The DiSunno Architect team envisioned, and brought to life, a modern, beautiful and functional home that checked all the boxes for the homeowner.

Keeping the footprint of the original structure and adding an additional 1005 sf addition with 10 foot lower level added an over 2000 sf of additional living space.
