Full master bathroom remodel with heated floors. Even though this was completed in 2020, it easily holds up the test of time nothing is passe. The floor were unstable due to be constructed over the garage and the bare minimum of support. I removed the sub-floor and reinforced the entire room, and while were at it, we installed heated flooring throughout. The said the the floor was freezing in the winter, which is why the builder installed carpet. Now Sage and Ed claim that it has the warmest and most durable floor in the entire house. All and all one of my favorite bathrooms I've created. Great creative working relationship with Sage. She picked all the decor and lighting.
