10K Architecture partnered with a local developer to design a new construction home in the highly sought-after Morningside Neighborhood of Edina. Careful attention was paid to the surrounding context by being sympathetic to neighborhood scale, and through a timeless craftsman-inspired design. By intentionally keeping the main level and porch of the home near ground level, the house encourages social interaction, further strengthening the community feel of the neighborhood.
