This condo was a first for our office as we did it as a design/build project. The key aspects of the job were to open up the kitchen, renovate the kitchen and master ensuite, and freshen up the entire condo. We did this by removing the wall between the kitchen and dining room. This opened the entire main floor and made the floorplan go on forever. This condo is open and airy throughout, and the light aspects that contrast the dark give the condo a personality of its own. We enjoyed working with all of the trades to implement this project. It showcases what we are capable of more than just the design! We hope you enjoy it as much as we enjoyed working on it.
