This 1905 Victorian cottage in Knoxville's Fourth & Gill neighborhood had a sagging foundation, outdated bathrooms, and a non-functioning kitchen. The new owner challenged us to design a renovation that would be respectful to the remaining historic details and bring an open, modern feel to the house.
