Designing to incorporate the divergent tastes of a couple ready to settle into their forever home required vision. Completely reimagining the condominium’s floorplan to maximize both space and beach/bay views (through floor to ceiling windows) while marrying transitional coastal and classic traditional styles produced a unique Neapolitan gem. The modern design of the living room beamed ceiling counterpoints traditional furnishings with geometric patterns. A traditional color palette of white, soft grey and golds is complimented by accentuated pops of green, blue and metallic hues in the furnishings, wall treatments, surfaces, tiles and flooring. Further refined by custom lighting and space extending built-ins, this remodeled dwelling exudes a familiar comfort while stimulating the senses in a stately manner.
