This project was a collaboration between our company and the homeowner, a retired architect. We removed the existing cramped, crumbling bump out and started from scratch. By integrating the new addition into the kitchen layout, we more than doubled the size of their kitchen. By enlarging the window opening in their living room, we were able to install a sliding door opening on to a cozy elevated deck.
