Check out this transformation! The Porta Construction team redesigned the layout of this first floor, giving the family the open concept living space they dreamed of.
To create the open concept living space, we started by removing load bearing walls, and flushed the load bearing beams into the ceiling to obtain a seamless look. We also expanded the kitchen into the old dining room to create a more functional design. It was a challenging task and we are so pleased with how it turned out! One of my favorite projects yet.
