A complete rebuild of a single family residence in the Bernal Heights neighborhood of San Francisco.

Removed rear addition, added third story, new ground level entrance and bedroom suite, rebuilt foundation, radiant heat, new interior finishes and fixtures, new cabinets, new flooring, new siding and a “green” planted roof.
