Elm St was all about taking an already great addition, giving it an update, and making it work for the specific needs of the family. We made a better connection between the kitchen and dining area, improving lines of site between the two most-used rooms in the house. The laundry center was removed from the kitchen in order to free up space for a new pantry accessed by repurposed sliding doors. The laundry center was relocated next to the updated girls' bathroom. The bathroom was gutted and replaced with a bold, modern material pallete.
