This large contemporary style home in the hills of Encino had dead grass surrounding it. With a large front yard, front parkway, sideyard, and sloping backyard with city views. The trick was making each area its own zone, and preserving the views in back. The owners also wanted a fire pit area made of decomposed granite in back.
